Not Plasma
Naomi has started to watch TV. I think she likes the colors and the movement. Here's a picture of her watching Saturday morning cartoons with Dad (dad not pictured).

I used to love the "shirt tales" and "mask" and "gummy bears". funny, naomi and i seem to have much in common, because that picture looks very similar to what i did on my saturday morning.

I used to love the smurfs, He-Man, and duck tales. Has she learned how to say "can we go to Uncle Tony's to watch TV?"...

Does anyone remember Turbo Teen? It was about a kid who could turn into a sports car for some reason. I watched that on Saturday mornings, mostly because we could only get like two channels with our crappy rabbit-ears antenna. Later in life, when we finally had cable, I enjoyed both Muppet Babies and Pee Wee's Playhouse.

I too was a fan of TurboTeen. If I remember correctly, he could turn into a car when he was angry. What turning into a car does for your anger, I don't know, but I'm not arguing.
I was a big fan of Gummi Bears, Duck Tales, Ninja Turtles, DinoSaucers (not sure if anyone remembers that one...Matt, you should), and Inspector Gadget. Good times.

I remember the theme song but not a damn thing about the show. It was definitely a B-list cartoon. As was Rock Lords (powerful living rocks!)

Anyone remember Mysterious Cities of Gold. I think it was on Nick in the afternoon.

They have full length videos of the show.

wrong about that last part. They used to, but now you have to pay. Gotta love people who try to profit from the failure of others (the show was cancelled after the first city of gold).

You're right, Craig. As far as cartoons go, they don't make 'em like they used to. Wow, now I really sound old.
