Springtime Sunshine = Fun

The weather today was gorgeous and Naomi and I spent a lot of time playing outside. Even the new baby and the old lady next door couldn't resist being in the sunshine.

And I swore I'd never have any of those tacky plastic toys in my yard, but after seeing how much fun Naomi has had playing in these with friends, I bought her a playhouse for the yard today. It was grossly overpriced, I had to deal with headaches at the toy store and I needed to enlist Tony to help with transport and assembly (thanks, T!), but it was all totally worth it to see her face and watch her enjoy it. And this, dear readers, is just another example of how life changes when you have kids.

Stay tuned for a Selah mega-post!

"Mega-post" is a registered copyright of Life in Pixels BTW... you'll be hearing from my lawyers (aka Adam & Katherine).

Adam & Katherine are my lawyers, too, so I'm pretty sure there's a conflict of interest there. If we have to split 'em up for mediation, I call KBH. And pimping your blog in our comments section renders your claim to litigate null and void.

Darn... you got KBH. I think even Adam would advise me settle out of court. I'll get out of your hair for one Chicken Oscar meal at some date to be determined.

The offer is this: you may bring over Chipotle and I will provide one (1) can of Dr. K for your enjoyment. I'm prepared to walk away from negotiations.

Okay, fellow readers, the legal haggling is over and you may feel free to comment on the actual post...

All I want to know is where you got that "country cottage." Kori and I have been house shopping, and I think our search is over!!

Could be good purchase for you both. But remember, real estate is all about location. You can always move the house in pieces in the back of Tony's Jeep when you upgrade neighborhoods. It's also low maintenance - just wipe it down with a damp cloth from time to time. One drawback, though, is that the heating bills are going to be killer in the winter - it doesn't have windows or insulation. It's a trade off.

Yeah, no windows would be a drawback....for me, in the summer. No A/C is a definite problem. No heat is no big deal. I've got plenty of my own insulation.

That was a funny string.
