Keeping Me on My Toes

121709_selah.jpg

Selah, the red nosed reindeer, performing at ballet

Selah constantly reminds me that she is one-of-a-kind, unique in every way. She doesn't outwardly love school, though I believe she runs circles around the rest of the kids in her class and secretly loves it. She never shares many details from her day yet has perfect recall of events from weeks early. It comes out gradually. She's got a movie memorized almost word for word after one time through. She's witty and charming, too, just like her daddy.

Squeal, you make life super exciting and I couldn't love you more! Thanks for keeping me on my toes!
