More Snow
Who knew marshmallows and toothpicks could be so fun?
I'm ready to pull my hair out. I mean, usually an unexpected day off of school would be awesome...if we could get outside. However, I totally dropped the ball this year. I don't have snow pants, or snow boots or even the right gloves for the kids. In years past, we've been able to get away without them. Not this year. Ugh! The girls last outside for about five minutes and the effort and time it takes to get them out the door just doesn't make it worth it.
Anyway, a huge thank you to Jen who threw this idea my way today. Marshmallows and toothpicks equal endless creative possibilities. Oh, and can you guess how much snow is on our deck table in the background? I think it's about 18 inches over the past week... a Cincinnati, February record!

I can see it is plenty warm inside your house. However, there is probably so much activity that it keeps everybody warm.
It may drive you crazy but you one day will be lonesome for these days Mom.
